- **Budget Management**: Oversee the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales objectives.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction materials industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
