As a Sales manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving sales revenue and coordinating sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Industry :Accounting/Auditing/Taxation**

**Education : Must have a bachelor’s degree.**

**Experience : Minimum 4 years in sales or Leadership sales**

**Language :Malayalam, English, Hindi (REQUIRED)**

**Salary : AED 8,000 to AED 12,000**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set sales goals and create action plans to achieve them.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team success.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
- **Sales Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance data and market feedback.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet client needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
