As a Front Office Manager at Gigafit Gym Dubai, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every member and visitor receives top-notch service from the moment they walk through our doors. You will oversee all front desk operations, manage a team of receptionists, and play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our members.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Greet members and guests warmly and enthusiastically, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about our services, classes, and membership options.
- **Membership Management**: Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, cancellations, and upgrades efficiently and accurately. Maintain member records and ensure that all information is up-to-date.
- **Scheduling and Appointment Management**: Coordinate class schedules, personal training sessions, and other appointments. Ensure that schedules are organized and communicated effectively to both staff and members.
- **Cash Handling and Billing**: Process payments for memberships, services, and retail items accurately and securely. Reconcile cash registers, prepare daily financial reports, and follow up on discrepancies.
- **Staff Supervision and Training**: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed. Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure that service standards are met.
- **Facility Maintenance and Safety**: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the front desk area and lobby. Ensure that safety protocols are followed, and emergency procedures are in place.
- **Marketing and Sales Support**: Assist with promotional activities and marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones. Provide information about special offers, events, and membership benefits.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, with experience in membership management systems preferred.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- A passion for health and wellness and a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.**warmly and enthusiastically**

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
