Currently hiring: Administrative assistant for our Manufacturing unit of Malabar Gold & Diamonds located in Sharjah with strong interpersonal skills and to provide overall administrative support.
Job responsibilities include;
- Overall office administration.
- Greet and assist guests and employees.
- Assist in planning of events and meetings. Schedule department meetings.
- Flight ticket booking and mange LPO.
- Hotel booking and invoice management.
- Jewelry Exhibitions - Registration and travel management.
- Provide general administration support (document transfer, filing, scanning etc.)
- All other related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Education
- Graduation
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
