**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundryman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Laundryman, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of linens, clothing, and other têxtiles within our facilities. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests and residents by providing high-quality laundry services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sort and classify articles to be laundered according to color, fabric, and cleaning technique.
- Operate washing machines and dryers to clean and dry laundry items.
- Inspect garments for stains, tears, and damage, and treat stains as necessary.
- Iron, fold, and package laundered items according to established standards.
- Mend or repair garments as needed, including sewing buttons and stitching hems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area, including regular cleaning of equipment and workspaces.
- Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Handle and store chemicals and cleaning agents safely and according to manufacturer instructions.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of laundry services.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Laundryman or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment and machinery effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy loads.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of laundry chemicals and cleaning agents.
- Must be willing to reside in company-provided accommodation.
- Must have legal eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
