**Job Title: Laundryman**

**Location: Abu Dhabi**

We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Laundrymen. In this role, you will be responsible for operating laundry equipment and machinery to clean, dry, and press linens, garments, and other têxtiles used in our establishment. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all laundry items are cleaned to the highest standards and returned to service in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, garments, and other têxtiles according to established procedures and standards.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironers, and folding machines, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect laundry items for stains, tears, or damage, and treat them accordingly before laundering.
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures for clean and soiled laundry items to prevent contamination or damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area, including cleaning equipment and work surfaces regularly.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
- Assist with the collection and distribution of clean laundry to various departments or guest rooms as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the laundry department.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in laundry operations or a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment and machinery effectively and safely.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads as needed.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to reside in company-provided accommodation.
- Valid work permit or residency visa in Abu Dhabi (if applicable).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
