**Parts and Services Division, Business Line Manager**
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Business Line Manager, to lead our Parts and Service business within the region. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the Parts and Service Division’s significant growth potential through the implementation of innovative business development strategies for Epiroc’s industry leading broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customer’s productivity, like spare parts supply, professional services, support solutions and training.
The region of responsibility covers Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Sudan, Jordan, Yemen, Lebanon, and Afghanistan.
**Your Mission In This Role**:
- Provide continuous sustainable profitable growth
- Improve customer satisfaction by targeting operational excellence, focus on Service Centers
- Maximize market share and profit by considering business area strategy through effective price management
- Analyze market trends, indicators and competition and transfer SWOT & market mapping results into necessary strategies
- Develop appropriate market and sales strategies for all products with the objective of giving their best chance in the market through both direct sales and/or indirect sales channels
- Develop strong business territory knowledge to optimize sales actions & market coverage, direct and indirect
- Achieve that Epiroc be the leader of the market by value added and core services to the current and potential customers
- To be accountable for Profit & Loss and balance sheet for the product line, including all key indicators
- Maintain strong relationship with key accounts, business partners and main users
- Implement the Division’s goals in close cooperation and consideration with the Capital Equipment Divisions
- Develop and implement marketing plans which will extend Epiroc's market penetration
- Develop an efficient, agile, highly competent team and together with the divisional resources, build an organizational structure that can achieve sustainable growth over years
- Develop your organizational competences in line with Divisional and Group objectives including measures and follow-up activities
- Close collaboration and leadership are key aspects of the mission
**Experience Requirements**:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the mining and construction industries
- We are looking for an individual with a proven record, willingness to lead by example
- The selected individual must be able to perform market analysis and be able to develop marketing strategies based on this information
- Experience on direct sales, distributor/business partner management, sales & profit management, product management and preferably with a background from aftermarket operations
**Knowledge, Experience & Education**:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, Turkish will be a strong asset
- A solid understanding of financials and strong analytical skills
- Minimum, a Bachelor’s degree or extensive relevant experience in the mining and construction industry

- Demonstrate ability to solve problems, negotiate and take decisions. Strong persuasive skills to convince people and close business

- Competent and confident; ability to adapt to company culture to achieve results and maintain effectiveness & efficiency
- Willingness to travel within territory on a frequent basis to ensure complete territory coverage, must be available to travel at least 50% of time
