**Overview**:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) specializing in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) with a focus on bakery products, your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads for the bakery-specific product line. Here's a breakdown of what your job description might entail:
**1. Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients within the target market through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Utilize various channels such as social media, industry events, trade shows, and online platforms to identify and reach out to potential customers.

**2. Qualification**:

- Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and buying criteria.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, and fit with the bakery product offerings.

**3. Relationship Building**:

- Establish rapport and build relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Educate prospects about the benefits and features of bakery-specific products, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.

**4. Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for qualified leads.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team by supplying them with relevant information and insights gathered from interactions with prospects.

**5. Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement.

**6. Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to bakery products.
- Use market insights to tailor sales pitches and strategies to better meet the needs of potential customers.

**7. Goal Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Continuously strive to improve personal and team performance through self-motivation and skill development.

**8. Customer Feedback**:

- Gather feedback from customers and prospects regarding product satisfaction, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.
- Relay feedback to the product development and marketing teams to inform future product enhancements and campaigns.

**9. Brand Representation**:

- Act as a brand ambassador for the bakery-specific product line, embodying its values and conveying its unique selling points to the market.

**10. Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices through training programs, workshops, and self-study.

**Qualification & Requirements**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management within the bakery supply and confectionary industry.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Deep understanding of bakery ingredients, confectionary supplies, and related products, with a focus on Vanilla Cardamom offerings.

4. **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions persuasively.

5. **Relationship Management**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain rapport with diverse stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and internal teams.

6. **Goal Orientation**:Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

7**. Technology Proficiency**:Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

8. **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and market dynamics.

9. **Passion for the Industry**: Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the bakery and confectionary sector, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and product quality.

10. **Driving License**: Possession of a valid driving license is considered a plus, as it may involve travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, or conduct on-site visits.

**Employee Benefit Package**:

- Work timings are from **9:00 am to 6:00 pm**, timings may be adjusted when required including 2 days off per week.
- Air Ticket - Every completion of 2 years contract
- Satisfactory Medical examination
- Other benefits as per UAE Law.
