At Kitopi, as a Talent Acquisition Intern, you play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic TA team across various locations. Your responsibilities encompass implementing top-notch hiring practices, employing effective sourcing techniques, and collaborating with our exceptional TA team. Your dedication will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition approval to offer management for assigned roles.
- Learn to leverage recruitment systems effectively, ensuring accurate data documentation and adherence to key standards.
- Review and advise on the current interview process and bring up new ideas and new formats

**What Are We Looking For?**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
