Exhibition Stand Sales Lady

As an Exhibition Stands Sale Executive, you will be responsible for providing solutions to exhibiting clients by providing them with stand designs and related services. This role requires a strong understanding of the events and exhibitions industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Identify and target potential clients, including event organizers, businesses, and exhibitors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company's offerings and related services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Sales Activities: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potentialclients. Create customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements. Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and quotas. Track sales metrics and report on progress regularly. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential clients. Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales documentation. Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Provide post-sale support and assist clients in preparing for their exhibitions.
- Travel and Networking: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to network and identify new business opportunities. Represent the company professionally at various industry gatherings.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or exhibitions industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using sales tools.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
