**Your role**
- To respect the Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy - Les Roches, represent the brand professionally and always protect the image of the Les Roches brand.
- To lead, supervise, instruct, and motivate the local contractors & maintenance & technical suppliers
- To control & monitor the maintenance & investment budgets of the academy to ensure that all expenditures are in line with budget and approval processes.
- To ensure that all fire - life - safety policies and procedures of the UAE administration are strictly implemented and followed.
- To ensure & manage access control, monitoring of locking plan, signages, emergency lighting, fire alarm, and other security and safety features in the academy.
- To organize, manage, and drive all processes related to the initial refurbishment of the building, through detailed project management and delivering to the key milestones.
- To manage, set up, and review regular maintenance service contracts.
- To manage a professional administration for the offices, introduction, and implementation of policies and procedures.
- To regularly review on a monthly base the utility consumption in the academy and action any differences to previous performances.
- To be up to date with new inventions, new systems, new international standards, new products, and technical standards.
- To be a role model when it comes to environmental protection, sustainability activities, local CSR concepts, and energy saving.
- To guarantee and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- To process any claims for damage to building or technical systems in the appropriate way with the insurance agents.
- To be available, if required for special & extraordinary events at the academy.
- To develop a program and documentation for asset management for the facility.
**About You**
- PhD or Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree with significant industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering UG and PG-level programs
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to operate autonomously
- Several years of work experience preferably in the hospitality industry or in the field of education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English
- Demonstrated ability to work with multicultural teams and in an international environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
