KONE Middle East & Africa is focused on growing business and market presence through direct presence in 12 countries across the region and more than 60 distributor markets. To complement our growth plans, we have a new and exciting opening for Integration Manager for Middle East & Africa to be based in our regional office in Dubai, UAE.

Reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director for Middle East & Africa, the Integration Manager will plan, direct and coordinate the mergers activities of the companies and portfolios acquired by KONE and manage the relationships with all key stakeholders during entire integration lifecycle. He/She will be accountable for ensuring that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality.
- What will you do?_- Overall responsibility of planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing the acquisition process after mergers.- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables together with the project steering committee and project team.- Plan tasks, schedule and budget with the relevant stakeholders; considering interdependencies with related projects and other activities that have a direct or indirect impact on the integration.- Guarantee a smooth transition, reduce any business disruption and deliver guidance to the execution team.- Ensure availability of required resources and competencies in co-operation with relevant line managers.- Manage and monitor progress, business case and realization of expected benefits against plan.- Integrate and deploy KONE tools, processes, systems and ways of working within the newly acquired entity.- Identify and mitigate risks systematically and proactively together with relevant key stakeholders.- Set up regular, decision oriented steering group meetings with concerned parties.- Ensure relevant documentation for the integration is done by the project team members.
- Are you the one?_- 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years of experience managing mergers and acquisitions with solid project management capabilities.- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage various stakeholders.- Results driven and able to follow through tasks to completion.- Organized with strong prioritization skills and able to manage time effectively.- Problem solver with excellent analytical skills and positive attitude.- Good understanding of contracts and financial management.- Excellent English language skills. Arabic/French/Russian languages would be an asset.- Experience within Middle East & Africa region is an asset.
