**What You Will Do**

You will deliver a unique selling proposition that accelerates growth, penetration and wallet share of (Managed Services and other lines of business) with our customers operating across the UAE.

This is a new role as Real Secure continually look at new ways of delivering innovation to our customers. As the Sales Manager you will play a key leadership role in the development of new sales growth strategies and solutions to develop sustainable long-term growth for our business.

**How You Will Do It**

As the Sales Manager you are responsible for developing a strategy and driving the business relationship across customers operating across the UAE to unlock and deliver revenue growth.

You will leverage the expertise and embed a culture of cross functional teaming across sales, Technicians, and support to execute and close the opportunities. You will lead and coordinate join planning workshops to achieve the sales targets and goals, motivating all the Real Secure touchpoints to do the same. As the Sales Manager, you will generate new customers, manage customer relationships and meet with all relevant decision makers, holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales and providing excellent service and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure effective selling and promotion of all our service portfolio mainly focused on Managed Services.
- Designing and implementing a sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Achieve Commercial targets through effective sales management.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the Director.
- Conduct all customer-facing activities and negotiate sales agreements.
- Collect and manage information regarding markets, customers and competitors to best position Real Secure’s service offerings.

**Qualifications & Desired Skills**
- University degree related to IT, Marketing, Sales or Business administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- IT literate with high proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of IT Services, with an extensive network of relationships in UAE.
- Strong required level of product knowledge, focus market dynamics, customer needs for Managed Services and other IT services.
- Valid UAE Driving License.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
