**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks and provide clerical support to the team.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling the cleaning and hygiene of the office
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is organized.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business materials.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Valid UAE residency
- Valid UAE Driving License and Car
- Having UAE Experience
