We are authorized channel partners of du telecom, hiring **Tele sales Team Leader (Female) **for consumer postpaid on competitive salary plus incentive.

Role Description:
This is a full time Team leader role located in Dubai. You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members to achieve their monthly target.

Qualifications:
**Telecom experience is mandatory.**
- Minimum 3 years of Tele sales experience in du/Etisalat.
- Proven Tele sales Team Lead / Supervisor experience in UAE telecom market.
- Strong sales skills with ability to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: AED 4000 - AED 5000
