**Procurement Expeditor**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively monitor and follow up on post-order document deliverables, production progress, and shipments to ensure timely delivery in line with project deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in post-order expediting, particularly in an EPC contracting company.
- Proven track record of efficiently monitoring and expediting procurement processes to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with an advantage of additional language proficiency.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to expedite the procurement process and resolve any issues or delays.
- Track and update project schedules, milestone dates, and delivery status reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and project teams to provide regular updates on procurement status and address any concerns or challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the procurement team to optimize processes and streamline workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
