Temporary Accountant Administrator

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting**:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budget forecasts.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
**Administration**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization to create a conducive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Must be available to work full-time during regular business hours.
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience in a temporary or contract role is preferred but not mandatory.
