1. Entering financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.

2. Processing invoices, verifying expenses, and preparing payments to vendors and suppliers.

3. Assisting with the invoicing process, tracking payments received from customers, and following up on overdue accounts. Resolving any billing discrepancies.

4. Helping to reconcile bank statements with internal accounting records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.

5. Supporting month-end and week-end closing processes by preparing various financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial analysis as needed.

6. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other financial documents for regulatory purposes.

7. Performing various administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing financial records, responding to inquiries, and providing general support to the accounting and operations team.

8. Supporting any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, which may involve data analysis, process improvement, or other tasks related to company operations.

**Requirements**:

- Detail-oriented, organized, and has knowledge in XERO accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Available from June 1, 2024 for 2 months

- Diploma (preferred)
