General Job Description
- Performs department coordinator works includes maintaining and analyzing records (sales, maintenance, project related).
- Correspondence and interaction with real estate agents, leasing/selling & facilities management agents, maintenance companies, consultants & contractors
- Perform Secretarial functions. Experience and Knowledge required
- Three to Five years working experience as secretary/coordinator / leasing project in Property development / property management companies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint), PDF Editor
- Experience using ERP System (SAP will be advantage) Skills and Abilities required
- Attention to detail, and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Analysis of data
- Prepare monthly presentations/ PowerPoint report for management meetings
- Able to create Expense Reports
- Able to edit documents & drawings, create templates/spreadsheets, charts, Tables etc.
- Knowledge in creating functions and formulas in excel.
- Prepare all business s correspondences
- Prepare Local Purchase Order in SAP and GRN’s for service providers, material procurement for payment
- Processing all authority related invoices/correspondence including DEWA etc.
- Track all the invoices for payment of contractors/ consultants/ service providers
- Update and maintain company files, records
- Maintain logs for incoming. outgoing correspondences, invoices, other documents
- Self-starter, quick learner and organized.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- SAP: 3 years (required)
- Real estate: 2 years (required)
