Vehicle Purchaser/ Procurement

Aware of the automotive industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features, and benefits, especially in GCC countries.
- Having core competency to participate in the company goal to increase the current product line of the vehicle business.
- Develop creative and innovative procurement processes sourcing the products by managing the existing suppliers and new suppliers as well for our current vehicle business.
- Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost savings.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers and select and develop new suppliers with market research and coordinate with the sales team to provide them with product availability information.
- Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards, and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues.
- Review and negotiate existing agreements with the supplier to optimize commercial terms.
- Ensure professional and consistent supplier management is applied across the supply base in line with the purchasing policy.
- Ensure the products are sourced in full and aligned to production schedules and customer requirements.
- Ensure that the vehicle inspection is accurately captured in the Vehicle inspection process and the value is derived appropriately
**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Purchasing Vehicle in Dubai: 3 years (preferred)
- Purchasing Brand New Vehicles: 2 years (preferred)
