Admin Sales Coordinator

Welcome visitors and provide a professional and friendly first impression of the company
Maintain a clean and organized ofice environment, ensuring that common areas are tidy and presentable.
Care for and maintain pffice plants, ensuring they are healthy and aesthetically pleasing
Greet guests, offer beverages (coffee/tea/water), and provide assistance as needed to make their visit omfortable.
Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and orders are placed a needed.
Answer and direct incoming calls on the office landline, taking messages and handling basic inquiries.
Assist in the processing and payment of office utility bills, ensuring they are paid on time.
Maintain records of office suppliers and assist in the registration process for new vendors
Handle incoming and outgoing courier shipments, ensuring they are processed and paid for as necessary.
Assist in telesales activities, including making outbound calls and managing client communications.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
