Key Accountabilities

Ensure that innovative, effective and efficient service delivery mechanism is implemented, monitored and continuously improved with focus on delivering professional services to ever changing and increasing customer volumes and needs.
Promote proactive approaches in managing employee records while always enhancing the understanding and acceptance of systems & capabilities with customers and meeting business needs.
Ensure accurate and efficient administration of employee benefit programs in accordance with EKFC Policy and agreed SLA.
Ensure accurate and timely document management of employee personal files
Be responsible for inducting new joiners on formalities of Emirates ID and bank account creation and processing / distributing cash advance.
Maintain and constantly recommend system enhancements within Employee Service Centre for efficient and effective service delivery operations. Provide innovative ideas and solutions for the technical issues faced by Employee Service Centre to IT.
Maintain effective communication of policy changes for Employee Service Centre counter staff to ensure that services are provided consistently in-accordance to the company policy.
Collate and analyse customer feedback to establish effectiveness of service delivery and share the findings with all internal and external service providers. Discuss, agree and implement corrective actions to manage any negative feedback related processes, systems and staff.
Support HR leadership team in the goal of developing a talented workforce that supports the strategic and future needs of the business and drives efficiencies and improves effectiveness.

**Essential Requirements & Competencies**:
A bachelor*s degree in the relevant field or equivalent qualification.
Should have a thorough knowledge of employment regulations, policies and procedures.
Should have exposure and understanding of customer service practices.
Should have a good understanding of the local labour law legislations.
Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports.
