**Job Summary**: The administrative staff plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics office by providing administrative support to various departments and personnel. They are responsible for handling a wide range of tasks to assist with daily operations and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the workplace.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **General Administrative Support**:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are adequately stocked and in working order.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Enter data into computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases as required.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- **Service to Sales Team**:

- Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, or other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle complaints or concerns effectively, escalating issues as needed.
- **Organizational Support**:

- Assist with organizing and coordinating events, meetings, or conferences.
- Collaborate with other staff members and departments to facilitate communication and teamwork.
- Support special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and software systems as needed.
- Proficiency in document control (Manually and Shareholder)

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
