Procurement Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
**Collaboration and Purchase Strategy**:
Ø Work closely with internal departments to understand procurement needs and develop purchase strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement activities are coordinated and meet business requirements.
**Supplier Management**:
Ø Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors capable of meeting quality, price, and timely delivery requirements within specified timelines.
Ø Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favorable terms and achieve cost savings.
**Policy Enforcement**:
Ø Establish and enforce procurement policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ø Monitor adherence to procurement policies and address any non-compliance issues promptly and effectively.
**Administrative Purchases**:
Ø Manage administrative purchases, including processing purchase orders, work orders, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
Ø Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation and records.
**Inventory Management**:
Ø Oversee inventory management activities, including maintaining optimal stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and minimizing stockouts.
Ø Coordinate with relevant departments to forecast inventory needs and ensure adequate stock availability.
**Warehouse Operations**:
Ø Supervise the operations of the store and warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials to stakeholders and store.
Ø Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory control to optimize operational efficiency.
**Supplier Performance Monitoring**:
Ø Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and quality standards.
Ø Implement corrective actions as needed to improve supplier performance and maintain service levels.
**Market Research and Compliance**:
Ø Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements to make informed procurement decisions.
Ø Conduct periodic market research and supplier evaluations to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
