We are tackling the 250B$ MENA market for moving people and things. We are growing rapidly working with the largest fleet operators in the region with thousands of vehicles in our supply pool. We show fleet operators that you don't need more vehicles to make more money. By sharing the fixed costs of vehicles, we're able to increase revenues for fleet operators, decrease costs for corporations and provide a great user experience for the end user. arcab has received backing and support from global and regional investors and is part of leading accelerators and incubators in the region such as HUB71 (Mubadala, SoftBank, ADGM) and Dubai Future Accelerators (by Dubai Future Foundation).

**About The Job**

We are seeking an operations coordinator - on ground, to support the management of the day-to-day business. The operations intern's responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily operation, performing administrative tasks, and assisting other company departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

**You Would**
- Performing administrative duties to support suppliers for day-to-day business
- Prepare list of currently available vehicles and their data through excel sheets, hardware integrations, manual pen and paper in a timely manner
- Supporting the operations manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards.
- Monitor rides status and make sure all rides will start on time
- Assisting operators to smoothly tab into our supply pool of assets and drivers
- Monitoring inventory and placing supply orders
- Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues
- Maintain performance measurement dashboards to support arcab operational projects
- Building a strong relationship with captains and boosting their loyalty to arcab
- Respond to inbound customer requests and provide the highest level of customer service when communicating about arcab's service offerings
- Identify and connect the customer/client to the appropriate supplier for each new request.

**We’d Love To Meet If You Have**
- Stellar oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of Urdu / Hindi is a must
- An entrepreneurial spirit - willing to work hands on, travel often, take ownership and lead initiatives
- Adequate knowledge in Excel/ Google Sheets / MS Office
- Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
- Ability to work independently or in a group.
