- **Stakeholder Management **- collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners, regulators, and vendors, to ensure operational alignment and effective communication. Manage relationships with banking partners, technology vendors, and service providers.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting **- develop and implement performance monitoring systems to track operational metrics and KPIs. Generate regular reports and insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and driving data-informed decision-making
- **Scalability and Expansion** - prepare the operations function for growth and expansion, considering factors such as new market entry, international expansion, and product/service diversification. Identify operational requirements and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless scaling

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or a related field (MSc advanced degree preferred)
- Over 10 years’ experience in fintech operations, with a deep understanding of financial services, payments, or digital banking
- Proven track record of developing and executing operational strategies and optimising processes.
- Exceptional knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the fintech industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
