Job Overview:
As a Full-Time Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of delectable pastries, desserts, and baked goods in a professional kitchen setting. Your expertise and creativity will be instrumental in elevating the culinary experience. This position requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional baking skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality and visually appealing desserts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Baking and Pastry Preparation:

- Create and execute recipes for various pastries, cakes, tarts, cookies, bread, and other baked goods.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients, ensuring precise measurements and consistency in the final products.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve the desired textures and flavors.

2. Presentation:

- Showcase artistic skills by designing and plating desserts in an appealing and visually attractive manner.
- Pay close attention to detail to maintain consistency in presentation.

3. Quality Control:

- Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that all pastries and desserts meet the establishment's standards.
- Regularly taste and evaluate products for taste, texture, and appearance.

4. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to order necessary ingredients in a timely manner.

5. Sanitation and Food Safety:

- Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 4 Years Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Formal culinary education or relevant training in pastry arts.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Creativity and a passion for experimenting with new flavors and dessert concepts.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and precision in plating and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to commute/relocate:
