**Personal Assistant**
**Company: Richfield Trading DMCC**
**Location: JLT, Dubai**
**## Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, scanning, faxing, filing, and routine tasks, including making coffee
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
**## Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Ability to organize daily tasks and work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or related position
