As a Product Manager in Innovation, you will be at the forefront of developing new features and services that not only captivate our users but also open new revenue streams for the company. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, brainstorming novel solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to bring these ideas to life. You will be expected to harness your creativity, customer insights, and data analytics to propose and develop features that enhance user engagement and monetization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features including In-App Payments that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Ensure the app remains at the forefront of the BOGO offers industry.
- Conduct thorough market and customer research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and monitor competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and other stakeholders within the company to define product vision and roadmaps.
- Develop and test prototypes, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals.
- Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product strategies and iterations.
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and rapid learning within the product development team.
- Interface with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new features.
- Monitor and report on the performance of new innovations, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve success.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless development and execution of product initiatives.
- Champion the user experience by incorporating user feedback and usability testing into the product development process. Prioritize features and improvements based on user needs and business objectives.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to share product plans, progress, and outcomes. Gather feedback and adjust plans as necessary to meet business goals.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, testing tools, and technologies.
- Evaluate new testing tools and strategies and recommend improvements to the current process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the tech sector.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on launching consumer-facing innovative digital products and services. Experience in the lifestyle, food delivery, hospitality, or travel sectors is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving and product development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills capable of motivating and leading cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing new ideas that enhance customer experience and drive revenue.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies to inform decision-making.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
