**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Architectural Precast Drafter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming architectural designs and specifications into precise and comprehensive shop drawings for the fabrication and installation of architectural precast concrete elements. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and production staff to ensure the accuracy, constructability, and aesthetics of precast components.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup) to create detailed 2D and potentially 3D models of architectural precast outdoor furniture like bench, litter bin, BBQ counters, planter pots etc.
- Develop shop drawings that clearly illustrate dimensions, tolerances, reinforcement details, surface finishes, lifting points, and other critical information for precast production.
- Prepare assembly drawings for on-site installation, ensuring proper sequencing and efficient construction.
- Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings, identifying potential conflicts or missing information.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to clarify design intent and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and electronic files.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for architectural precast detailing.
- May participate in site visits to ensure proper installation of precast elements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Precast Drafter or Architectural Drafter with a focus on precast concrete.
- Proven proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup).
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles and conventions.
- Knowledge of precast concrete materials, fabrication processes, and erection methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) a plus.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

**Location**:

- Dubai (preferred)
