Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to

background in the healthcare or cosmetic industry, with excellent customer

service skills and a strong understanding of the cosmetic treatments and services

offered. As an Account Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for

clients, ensuring satisfaction, managing their treatment journeys, and driving

revenue growth through excellent service and client retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the

primary point of contact throughout their cosmetic treatment

journey.
- Provide personalized consultation to clients, explaining treatment

options, procedures, and post-treatment care to ensure they make

informed decisions.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively addressing

client inquiries, resolving concerns, and following up on their

experience post-treatment.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cosmetic services,

products, and treatments to existing clients, maximizing revenue per

client.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and

implement strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing

ones.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for client

bookings, treatments, and product sales.
- Client Retention and Loyalty
- Develop and implement client retention strategies, including loyalty

programs, follow-up consultations, and personalized client outreach.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with

treatments, addressing any post-treatment concerns, and

encouraging repeat visits.
- Organize and manage VIP client events, promotions, or special offers

to enhance client loyalty.
- Treatment Coordination and Scheduling
- Coordinate and manage client treatment schedules, ensuring

appointments are booked efficiently and that clients are reminded of

upcoming procedures.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth communication

between clients and healthcare professionals regarding treatment

plans and schedules.
- Marketing and Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and

promotions targeted at increasing clinic bookings, especially for new

and innovative cosmetic procedures.
- Participate in client-facing marketing initiatives, including events,

product launches, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts by tracking client

feedback and treatment bookings related to specific campaigns.
- Client Feedback and Reporting
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement

in client experience, treatment satisfaction, and service delivery.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on client

satisfaction levels, sales performance, and potential opportunities for

growth.
- Use CRM tools to manage client accounts, track interactions, and

document client preferences and treatment history.
- Industry Knowledge and Training
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetic treatments,

procedures, and products to provide informed recommendations to

clients.
- Attend training sessions on new cosmetic products and treatments to

continuously improve product knowledge and client consultation

skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management,

or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role,

preferably within the healthcare, beauty, or cosmetic industry.
- Experience working in a medical clinic or cosmetic practice in the UAE

is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of cosmetic procedures, treatments, and products

(e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments, skincare, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability

to build rapport with clients and deliver a high level of service.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding

sales and revenue targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client

accounts and treatment schedules simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for managing client

interactions and tracking performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, with

a focus on client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the cosmetic or aesthetic industry, with knowledge of popular

and emerging treatments.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic for effective communication with a diverse

UAE client base.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations and healthcare standards in the cosmetic

industry.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
