Accountant & Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts to provide insights into financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- **Tax Calculation and Filing**:
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations, including VAT and corporate tax.
- Calculate and prepare tax returns and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting and administrative functions.
- Evaluate current processes and recommend changes to streamline financial operations and reduce costs.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- **Odoo Platform Management**:
- Utilize Odoo software to manage accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet the company’s specific financial and administrative needs.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Handle general administrative tasks related to finance, such as managing financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with external service providers and stakeholders as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Odoo accounting software is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, in a UAE-based company.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
