Corporate Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-oriented B2B Sales Executive specializing in PRO Services in UAE, sales to join our team. This role is pivotal in achieving sales targets and generating quality leads within the corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals that resonate with potential clients in the PRO space.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, helping to refine sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and PR teams to align outreach efforts and enhance lead generation initiatives.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance metrics, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- **Promotional Video Creation**: Develop and produce promotional videos that highlight our services, case studies, and client testimonials to support sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in PRO or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Strong understanding of public relations, outreach strategies, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Fluency in English
