**Job Title**: Media Buyer (Paid Ads and Strategy)
Black Oud, a leading perfume brand, is seeking a skilled and strategic Media Buyer specializing in paid ads and advertising strategy to join our marketing team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Paid Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals, target audience insights, and campaign objectives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure campaign success and ROI.
- Media Planning and Buying: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Utilize audience targeting, keyword research, and ad placement optimization techniques to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Budget Allocation and Optimization: Manage media budgets effectively to allocate resources efficiently and achieve maximum ROI. Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and adjust bidding strategies and budgets accordingly to optimize campaign performance.
- Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including ad copy, imagery, and videos, tailored to specific audience segments and campaign objectives. Conduct A/B testing and creative optimization to identify high-performing ad variations.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track key metrics, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Industry Research and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and media buying. Continuously evaluate new advertising platforms, targeting options, and ad formats to innovate and optimize campaign strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in digital media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad networks and DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Experience with A/B testing, ad creative optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
