**Our client, one of Queensland Australia’s premier destinations for dining, events and entertainment is seeking Experienced, Experts in Japanese Cuisine for an immediate start.**

Our client would be happy sponsor you on an appropriate work visa for Australia.

Benifits include a highly competitive salary, accommodation for six months and if you are married and have a family of course they too will receive appropriate visa for Australia.

Currently we are seeking:

- Sous Chef
- Chef De Partie
- Commis and Demi Chefs
- Sushi Chef
- Wok Chefs

**Requirements**:

- Formal trade qualification in relevant field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Menu preparation with experience creating new ideas
- Ability to monitor the overall food operation and ensure that menu items are being prepared in a timely and correct manner.
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks, prioritise andmaintain 5-star standards of quality
- High level of leadership skill
- Strong understanding of produce, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
- Demonstrated capability in leading, coaching and mentoring your team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment producing high volumes
- A working understanding of, and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP
- Excellent communication skills
