**Trofina Food Middle East **is seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations within our organization by managing front desk duties and providing administrative support to various departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including arranging conference rooms and preparing meeting materials.
- Assist with organizing company events and functions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Bachelors Degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
