**Job Overview**:
As a Motorcycle Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and performance of motorcycles. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and providing exceptional service to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnostic Assessment**:

- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in motorcycles.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems accurately.
- **Repair and Maintenance**:

- Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other mechanical components.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Replace or repair damaged parts using hand tools and specialized equipment.
- **Electrical Systems**:

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lights, and ignition systems.
- Install and configure electrical components as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers to understand and document their concerns.
- Provide clear explanations of required repairs and maintenance.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided, parts used, and repairs performed.
- Generate service reports for customers and internal records.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Test ride motorcycles after repairs to verify performance.
- **Parts Management**:

- Order, receive, and organize motorcycle parts and accessories.
- Keep an updated inventory of parts and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in motorcycle maintenance is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Motorcycle Maintenance Technician.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, engines, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with both customers and team members.

**Working Conditions**:
This role may involve working in a repair shop or dealership setting. It may require occasional lifting and physical exertion. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to meet customer demand or handle emergency repairs.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
