Part of the Global Business Solutions team (GBS) - TikTok's commercial division - you will be expected to:
**Strategic and Commercial**:

- Play the lead role in designing and developing a holistic agency and ecosystem business partnership model, including commercial terms, engagement model and innovation programs across the region
- Build and foster long term senior relationships with regional agency and marketing ecosystem decision makers, managing the end-to-end partner relationship across global media, performance, influencer and local agencies as well as the broader marketing technology, start
- up, venture capital and strategic consulting ecosystem in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. These relationships must be rooted in mutual commercial benefit
- Drive adoption of TikTok's business and marketing solutions through building strategic partnerships with agency and ecosystem players in MENAT, assisting them in redefining their value proposition and focusing on the development of joint go to market approaches and narratives that foster business growth
- Lead and deliver scalable partner development programs to enable digital marketing and product development strategies with regional agencies and ecosystem players, to deliver measurable results to business partners and clients
- Deliver strong sales growth with and via agency partners (top largest traditional and digital agencies across the region), building and implementing long term commercial and trading partnership agreements
- Lead the collaboration with regional and local agency and ecosystem teams on key areas such as enterprise technology sales, relationship-building, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification and competitive selling

**Team management**:

- Lead a high growth/high performance team, including recruitment, talent development, organizational change and performance management, and develop best practices to maintain a healthy organization
- Enhance effectiveness of the team by adapting new approach suggestions and opportunities
- Design the team structure, roles & responsibilities
- Lead the team members to achieve their own business and performance target, including sales

**Cross functional collaboration**:

- Drive thought leadership/strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g direct sales teams, marketing, operations and legal
- Co-lead the work with key account direct sales team on client servicing and enablement via the agency and ecosystem partners
- Work with business marketing team on B2B marketing activities for agency and ecosystem partners
- Work with product team on feedback and suggestions of agency-oriented ads solutions systems and tools
- Work with all other cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of long term business growth plans

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field
- 10+ years of experience in advertising sales, tech, startup or related business development or

strategy function
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
