Our client a global media agency in looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to join their growing team in Dubai Reporting to Managing Director you will be responsible for spearheading the paid social and display strategy and execution for the top global brands You will be a key stakeholder in the global marketing team and a trusted leader to our Demand Generation teamDomain knowledge and expertise in harnessing the right martech stack audience targeting and messaging in the paid social and display ads will be neededWhat youll doIterate and scale clients paid social and display strategy into a worldclass onethrough experimentation and refining existing frameworks and playbookLead a high performing team and work with regional team and various local marketing teams to plan execute gather and share insightsBuild strong foundations and growth engines with large media platforms from Meta TikTok and GoogleDeploy cutting edge marketing technologies such as Generative AI Mobile App ads and customer data platform in line with industry trends to ensure a competitive edgeBe at the forefront of global paid media trends and demonstrate industry thought leadershipGrow mentor and inspire our inhouse team of talented performance marketers to think out of the box and raise performance standardsWhat youll needDegree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related/demonstrated experience in paid mediaAn expert and true enthusiasts in paid social and display channel marketing with at least years experience in an advertising agency and/or inhouse performance marketing roleExpert proficiency in ad platforms including Google Ads Meta Ads and Tiktok Ads Relevant certification such ads Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are plus pointsExperience in deploying marketing technologies such as and not limited to Generative AI Mobile App ads and customer data platformStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisionsExperience with A/B testing incrementality testing brand/conversion lift studies and optimization techniquesCreative thinking and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital advertising trendsEnthusiastic team player who is able to rally and manage different stakeholders globally to work out bestinclass solutions and proposals togetherBring a strong POV and paid social and display vision along with a clear concise ability to articulate direction thoughts and briefs to internal and external partnersPrior experience leading and mentoring a team of creatives across different geographies and cultures Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
