**Position Summary**:
As a Data Analyst, you will develop and produce HR dashboards, reports and data analytics for the EMEA region, providing business insights and intelligence to support informed decision-making. As part of the Compensation & Benefits Team, you will contribute to data modelling, benchmarking analysis and evaluation of our Team Member reward programmes.

You will need to be comfortable using tools such as MS Excel and Power BI to extract, manipulate and analyse data sets from different sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

This is a full-time position based at our corporate office in Dubai Internet City. The position will support our corporate and hotel population in over 60 countries across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).

**What will I be doing?**

**The Data Analyst position includes the following responsibilities**:* Develop and maintain reporting models which consolidate and summarise key HR data from multiple sources and business units, using PowerBI and other reporting tools
- Create user-friendly, visually attractive dashboards to share key EMEA HR metrics with senior leadership, analysing data to identify trends, provide insights and explain variances
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure integrity and accuracy of reports, following up with stakeholders on data cleansing requirements and making sure data links are working correctly
- Support the team on the design and analysis of compensation programmes. This includes collecting and organising data, modelling different scenarios and suggesting options, as well as assisting in the development of plan documentation to ensure proper governance and a positive Team Member experience
- Create and maintain management reports to monitor the utilisation of our EMEA benefits programs. Analyse data to identify patterns and trends, conduct benchmarking and develop metrics to ensure our programmes remain effective and valued
- Work with the team to develop data models, reports and analysis to support HR projects, as required. This could include areas such as equal pay reporting, workforce planning or cost modelling salary reviews
- Summarise and present information in the most appropriate format for the audience - which could include presentations, infographics, charts, PowerBI dashboards or excel files
- Manage periodic reporting of HR metrics for leadership and other internal stakeholders, and support HR teams on data queries
- Collaborate with functional leaders to identify future data reporting requirements and opportunities to use data and analytics tools to improve operational efficiency
- Provide support and coordinate activities for Compensation & Benefits projects when required, engaging with key internal and external stakeholders as needed (regional/global HR teams, legal, finance, global mobility or external consultants)

**To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience**:
**Essential**:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to make clear and logical recommendations based on factual data
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity
- Ability to create data models from multiple sources, interpret results and identify useful trends, patterns and variances
- Strong data visualization skills to simplify complex information and present it in a clear and user-friendly format, particularly using PowerBI.
- Good MS Office skills, including Excel (pivot tables, charts and formulas).
- Ability to prioritise activities and work effectively with others to complete objectives, sometimes within short deadlines
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a multi-cultural environment with mínimal guidance
- Fluent written and spoken English, with good verbal and written communication skills to deliver the right message for the right audience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with data protection and data privacy regulations
- Experience of automating data processing functions with VBA
- Working knowledge of data preparation tools such as Alteryx or Power Query
- Familiarity with security access rights
