Secretary/receptionist/coordinator

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Maintain a tidy, organized front desk and reception area.
- Manage scheduling of meeting rooms, ensuring proper arrangements (e.g., room setup, refreshments) as needed.
- Assist with the coordination of daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist other departments with clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and document preparation.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including organizing logistics (conference rooms, catering, etc.).
- Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, or conferences.
- Serve as the point of contact between departments and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and information sharing.
- Manage company calendars and ensure that appointments, meetings, and events are accurately scheduled.
- Address customer or client inquiries professionally, offering assistance or redirecting as needed.
- Provide a positive experience for visitors and clients, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Input and update company data in various systems, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems.
- Perform general office maintenance tasks as needed, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Handle any other administrative duties or special projects as assigned by management.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
