**Requirements and Qualifications**
- With a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a clerk - HR in the construction industry, preferably in the civil industry from UAE or other GCC.
- Higher secondary school OR Diploma OR Equivalent Education level.
- Software proficiency: Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Expertise in communication Skills, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Organization skills, High sense of handling confidential details, High sense of integrity.
- Assist the HR Officer on the onboarding stage of employees by gathering required employee onboarding documents.
- Prepare new employees documents and forward complete documentation to the PRO and Admin Manager for visa issuance initiation.
- Prepare employee files, print company ID, and ensure completion of documents on the employee’s first day.
- Assist the HR Officer in preparing and making training requests through Oracle.
- Assist, prepare, and submit monthly invoices related to manpower monthly costing, medical testing, and other HR-related scheduled invoices.
- Consolidate weekly timesheets from concerned departments and assist in the preparation of weekly BI reports.
- Assist the Payroll Specialist in the preparation of medical insurance activities related to enrolment, invoicing, and cancellation.
- Encode new employees ‘data on the Oracle system and assist in the preparation and timely release of employment contracts.
- Assist the Payroll Specialist in gathering, validating, and coordinating with respective departments on timesheets and payroll supporting documents submission.
- Assisting in preparing documents and compiling information both externally and internally in compliance with document distribution guidelines
- Maintains the files and control logs as required by department procedures.
- Performing other duties as required by the supervisor(s).
**Salary**: From AED1,000.00 per month
