Working Hours

Abu Dhabi : 07:00 to 15:00 (Monday to Friday)

Offshore : 06:30 to 18:30 (1 hour lunch break) 7 days a week

Leave

30 days paid leave with air ticket after 335 days service.

Qualification

Higher Secondary School/Diploma

Experience

Min 3 years’ experience of work in an office environment.

Other requirement

Good knowledge in daily office routine work.

Good knowledge in using computer and MS Office.

Good communication skills in English
- Prepare daily helicopter schedule, periodic boat schedule.
- Prepare daily production report
- Receive & process incoming invoices, prepare outgoing invoices.
- Assist in preparing all documents to be signed by Manager.
- Coordinate with other departments and outside entities
- Prepare support documents for boats and crew e.g. LOA
- Coordinate with boat owners for any boat/crew technical issue.
- Conduct market research
- Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts etc
- Coordinate pre and post tanker loading activities

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 per month
