**Main tasks**:
- Supervise daily operations of sites to ensure work is performed as per operating procedures and the same is conveyed through accurate reporting to the Line Manager.
- Coordinate the activities by effectively and efficiently handling the scheduling and work assignment duties of subordinates.
- Act as a focal point of contact with Main Contractors in day to day operations to ensure any escalated matters are handled immediately in accordance with operating procedures, line manager decisions and Company policy.
- Manage employee timesheets of subordinates on a daily basis and ensure the same is reported to HR in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and oversee inventory of supplies and equipment including but not limited to Water, Diesel and cleaning tools by ensuring that any low stock levels are immediately communicated to respective parties.
- Perform toolbox talks to subordinates on a regular basis to ensure important topics and new procedures are communicated effectively in a timely manner.
- Provide support for disciplinary actions investigation as per Company procedure.
- Filing and maintaining all operations related reports and documents.
- Ensure the correct implementation of all relevant Company policies and procedures.
- Achieve annual efficiency targets.

- Propose and implement best practices based on past experience, international and Veolia internal best practices.
- Diligently perform any other reasonable work or related tasks at the request of his/her Line Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an operations coordinator or a similar position, preferably in waste management, oil, gas or related sectors in a well-reputed organization.
- Minimum of 02 Years of Fleet Management experience.
- Hold a relevant educational qualification from a well recognized and reputable academic institution fit for the required job function.
- Good knowledge of waste management practices and hazards.
- General knowledge of Environmental hazards and HSE principles.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), and apps
- Excellent planning and organising skills.
- Excellent workload and time management.
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail, correctness and accuracy with good use of English and technical terminology.
- Able to create new reports and tools for use by employees and the Line Manager.
- A good command of written and spoken English and Hindi/ Urdu is a must.
- Valid UAE light vehicle driving license is a must.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Operations Coordinator in waste management: 5 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
