**Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources**
- **Employee Lifecycle Management**:

- Handle recruitment processes, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
- Manage onboarding for new hires and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Oversee resignation and termination processes, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- **Labor Relations**:

- Act as the main point of contact for laborers, addressing grievances and resolving issues such as overtime disputes.
- Coordinate with foremen and supervisors to ensure smooth workforce operations.
- **Payroll Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and overtime for payroll processing.
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and manage necessary HR documentation, such as contracts and performance reviews.

**Fleet Management**
- Manage a fleet of approximately 20 company vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained, serviced, and registered.
- Track vehicle usage and coordinate with drivers to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Handle renewals of registrations, insurance, and other vehicle-related documentation.
- Resolve vehicle-related issues and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of HR experience in the UAE, with exposure to fleet management being an advantage.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes.
- Basic understanding of vehicle management, registration, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic) is a plus.
