**Responsible for**: Guest & Team **Responsible to**: Training Manager

A Training assistant is responsible for helping to plan, organize and facilitate training programs. Able to work with diverse individuals or groups, including employees, suppliers, applicants, etc., to ensure that everyone receives the training they need to do their jobs effectively.

**Job Functions**:

- Model himself/herself in providing extra miles service to guests, staff, and colleagues in the

company
- Assist the team to ensure that the target set by the Outlet in Charge is met
- Assist In charge to ensure the whole operation is running smoothly
- Ensures that the department goals are communicated, understood, and met by the team
- Coordinates tasks and works with other outlets to ensure that the department efficiently runs
- Works with Management to ensure that newly hired Staff receive orientation training.
- Helps counsels Sales and Service Associates on work-related concerns and issues to ensure

satisfaction and productivity enlisting the support of Management as needed
- Listens to other staff’s suggestions for improving how work is done and guests are served
- Gains management support as needed to act upon suggestions
- Works with management to ensure that Sales & Service Associates have the necessary

resources effectively perform their jobs (e.g., supplies, equipment, and inventory)
- Ensures that Sales and Service Associate Staff are trained on technical and service aspects of

the job (e.g., food and customer service)
- Works with the Outlet in Charge to ensure that the Sales and Service Associates clearly understand the

job roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
- Addresses staff concerns, requests, or issues either individually or by enlisting the help of

others
- Gives constructive feedback to Sales & Service Associate to help them do their jobs better
- Collaborates with the Outlet in Charge to recognize and celebrate Staff performance contributions (e.g., department-specific recognition programs)
- Collaborates with the Outlet in Charge to develop and carry-out ideas and procedures to continuously improve department performance.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Providing assistance to the training manager by monitoring staff’s performance and behavior in the workplace.
- Assisting the training manager with classroom preparation, such as setting up training venues and organizing transportation.
- Collects the training documents from the newly joined staff and verifies the accuracy and readiness of the staff.
- Initiate the payment request as an incentive for successful training.
- Request for shadow shift for staff who has performance issues in the outlet.
- Conduct operation audits of all outlets including the Culex Food Production Facility.
- Conduct remedial action for non-compliance met by each outlet.
- Follow through with the corrective action report and set guidelines to avoid repetitive mistakes.
- Ensures all municipality-required documents are complete and well-maintained in the outlet.
- Recording attendance information of trainees or staff members in attendance during training.
- Assisting with the outlet requirements for any materials required for smooth operation.
- Recording and transcribing training lectures, taking notes on behavior, and providing trainees with correct training outlines and materials such as manuals and handouts.
- Providing support to newly joined staff, supervisors identified as weak at work or with special needs, such as assisting them with daily activities such as getting their opening, running, and closing duties.
- Providing support in Call Center for any urgent requirement such as going through the prices, description, and photos for each channel,
- Coordinating partners for Basic Food Hygiene Training, Food Watch, and PIC.
- Registering staff for Food Watch, BFH, and PIC in the designated government portal.
- Organizing the schedule of the staff according to the operation requirements
- Initiate the payment request for the company's outsourced training activities.
