Job Description:
As an Auto Parts Advisor at Hytec Auto Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our automotive service operations by providing expert advice and assistance in sourcing, ordering, and managing auto parts.
**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:
Interact with customers to understand their auto parts requirements.
Provide knowledgeable advice on suitable parts for their vehicles.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the parts acquisition process.
Parts Sourcing and Ordering:
Identify and source auto parts from various suppliers.
Utilize electronic parts catalog systems for accurate ordering.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available parts and suppliers.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the organization and maintenance of the parts inventory.
Regularly conduct stock checks and update inventory records.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient parts management.
Technical Knowledge:
Possess a strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in auto parts and technologies.
Provide technical guidance to customers when required.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions.
Generate invoices and process payments for parts sold.
Prepare and submit reports on parts sales and inventory status.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as an Auto Parts Advisor in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with electronic parts catalog systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to Commute:
- Dubai (preferred)
