Job Purpose: Support the Operations Research & Effectiveness (OR&E) team in implementing consistent best practice and enable timely delivery of the project portfolio. Through strong adherence to project governance principles, the Project Coordinator collates, analyses the teams project and resource performance as well as ensuring consistency with toolkits and templates. This role is accountable for ensuring that the ORE?s Knowledge Management portal is maintained, and carries out administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth functioning of
Qualifications & Experience: Human Resources.Performance Management : 12 Years schooling or equivalent : - Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience with coordinating and facilitating administrative activities Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management. Knowledge/skills: - Knowledge of project management practices is preferred. - Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and good negotiating and persuasive abilities and ability to interact with all levels in the organization. - Strong computer literacy skills.
