Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator

**Missions**:
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Prepare, draft, and ensure the processing of invoices.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance department on financial reporting tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating various projects.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
**Market Research**:
- Contribute to market research activities, data collection, and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of market reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with teams to gather relevant information.
- Assist in preparing project proposals and presentations.
**Profile**:
- Proven experience in **administrative** roles
- Ability to work effectively within a **multidisciplinary team**.
- Quick **adaptability** to changes in priorities and new challenges.
- Commitment to internal and external **client satisfaction**.
- Strong **organizational** skills and ability to **multitask**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English** (French and Arabic are a must)
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**:
- Knowledge of **market research** principles
