Responsible for Business Development in MENA and India, or as requested by Regional GM
- Identifies, develops, and closes new work opportunities - achieving project GP targets and maximizing utilization.
- Responsible for all commercial and chartering activities.
- Accountable for yearly sales revenue as set by GM MENA.
- Responsible for Pre-Qualification for Supplier Qualification and RFQ where applicable
- Supervise and lead the commercial team in the preparation of bids, Contracts / CPA related to clients under direct control. Report to GM on team activities and progress.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to the commercial team, train and motivate staff.
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with EOS clients.
- Accountable for commercial team successful relationships with existing clients and actively develop relationships with new clients at senior level.
- Provide recommendations for improving current services or adding new services in segments.
- Provide recommendations on improving commercial process and cost control process.
- Assist GM in reporting of charter and commercial activities, including leads generated, contracts/ charter parties received, commercial revenue and forecast.
- Monitoring and tracking of AR, including liaising with client and internal reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining and supervising commercial registers for opportunities, projects, utilization, and finance reporting.
- Diploma or Degree (any discipline)
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in chartering / freight forwarding/ marine transportation
- Good understanding and knowledge of the offshore marine industry/ transportation industry

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
